We are a start-up that operates in the broadly understood area of virtual and augmented reality. We create dedicated training applications using XR technologies. The use of our solutions that digitally reproduce the work environment allows you to maximize the effects of training instructions in force in industrial plants. We embed our projects in the realities of our clients by transferring specific locations to the VR training space, giving them realism, so as to eliminate cognitive errors during the training process.

TECHNOLOGY

To obtain data, we use active and passive methods of scanning the environment, the combination of which allows us to comprehensively register even the most complex objects.

The methods we use are used in areas such as: architecture, industry, energy, archeology, BIM design, museums, digitization of resources.

We are deeply convinced that the use of the latest technologies in the field of 3D modeling, the use of virtual and augmented reality is a unique value that we successfully offer to our clients today.

The XR LOTO application enables execution of Lock Out / Tag Out instructions implemented at the customer's plant in virtual reality, which is a digital model of the customer's industrial spaces and provides a training environment to perform hazardous energy isolation instructions.

The target of the application is to enable practice of even most complex LOCK OUT / TAG OUT instructions . The design of the software allows the implementation of specific, blocking instructions designed unique to the customer's machine park.

The technology used in the application, in an unprecedented way, reflects:

  • the employee's environment, simultaneously isolating them from real-life threats,
  • technological processes without the need to stop production,
  • challenges of daily work tackled in an effective, cumulative and immediate manner.

XR PARK is an application that allows you to carry out tasks based on permits such as working at high heights, in confined spaces, daily forklift checklist, fire training and principles of working with LOCK OUT equipment. Each training in combination with the locker room module constitutes a separate product.

The locker room is the main module that comes complete with other components selected by the user depending on the selected task.

In this segment the user selects the tasks from the TV screen, completes the necessary equipment and obtains information on the subject matter applicable in his workplace, e.g. text, video or audio materials.

XR RAY enables communication and exchange of insights within individually prepared for the customer digital models of industrial spaces. The solutions contained in the application make it a perfect tool for visualizing information during meetings, presentations or training sessions. The implemented measurement tools allow to improve communication between the parties of the investment process, potentially saving time and financial outlays. The network layer of the system allows for the integration of distributed production databases and displaying information about the state of the infrastructure on demand. Access to the system is provided locally or in the SaaS model.

XR TOUR is an application that takes the user to the digital twin of their target workplace. In this way, he gain knowledge of the risks that may arise while working in an industrial space. The uniqueness of this solution lies in the use of a photorealistic mapping of the target workplace, as well as an innovative approach to conducting induction training. The use of the XR TOUR system allows you to limit the use of human resources necessary to train a new employee, and to transfer knowledge in an effective and engaging manner.

The project involves the creation of a tool based on VR (virtual reality) mechanisms, introducing more efficient standards for transferring knowledge and testing safety procedures in industrial plants - LOTO. The implementation of the project will allow to increase the quality of training and refine safety procedures in virtual reality. By analogy, the project should be compared to many hours of time spent by aircraft pilots who, by repeatedly performing and repeating procedures, almost reach perfection without generating unnecessary risk during training. The system implemented as part of the project will allow the creation and sharing of such a tool for many industrial sectors, where following the procedures in the event of a life or accident hazard, significantly reduces the negative effects of an event. The originator has built an interdisciplinary team that has experience and relationships in contacts with the industrial sector and appropriate technical knowledge for coordinated work on the project. The project requires the involvement of significant funds for the purchase of equipment necessary to build realistic 3D models that represent the space of industrial plants in virtual reality and programming work necessary to build the basic engine of the system.

The main goal of the project is to introduce a product innovation developed by a startup to the domestic and foreign markets. As part of the incubation, the originators carried out a number of activities that determine the further development of the startup. We are talking here about the diversification of activities related to VR technology and building the image of a startup as a leader among technology and service providers for the industrial sector in the area of ​​training based on XR (mixed reality) solutions. One of the goals of the project is to build a wide audience and partners who, after the project implementation period, will be able to support the development of the startup and implement the specific InventaXR mission. The involvement of a key team to fully operate and work for a startup will allow for a dynamic growth of commercialization and technological development.
